i almost gave a good review but the towels were so grimy that it was embarassing. not to mention, the bathroom vent looked like it hadn't seen a good cleaning in ages, and the ancient carpet? don't get me started. i woudl ve loved a complimentary upgrade considering the state of my room, but i guess that was too much to ask.

great stay but had some quirks

The neighborhood is lovely for strolling and exploring local shops. My Superior Twin Room was spacious and offered a good level of comfort during my stay. Breakfast featured a large selection that definitely started my day on a positive note. The staff were consistently friendly and eager to help, making me feel welcome.

The air conditioning unit struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature at times.

i had a great stay at the panamericana hotel! the location is perfect, right in the heart of a lovely neighborhood. the breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options, and the waitstaff were super friendly. the bed and pillows were really comfortable, which is important to me.

Had a lovely time in a cozy spot with comfy beds. It’s in a fab area, perfect for morning strolls to nearby shops and restaurants. Such a treat to be just a hop away from the gondola!

Only stayed for a night, but the mystery of the missing remote control was rather puzzling. Also, my attempts at turning off the lights felt more like an episode of a sitcom than a hotel experience!

Had such a fun time! The outdoor pool and lounge area were perfect for kicking back and soaking up some sun. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

Good place with nice amenities including free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff even helped me with the best local taxi tip during my first stay. I highly recommend it!

Located near a plethora of fantastic restaurants, this hotel made it easy to explore the local cuisine. The cleanliness and comfort of my room made it the perfect base for my adventure in Santiago!
